Visit the shop and tell them that you are ordering a Vapaus benefit bike. The shop personnel will help you with making your order.

In some cases you can order directly from the partner shop’s website by choosing “benefit bike (Vapaus)” as the order method. If the shop does not support direct orders, you can call or email the shop to make your order.

Your employer must offer the bike benefit to you. If this is the case, you can get a Vapaus benefit bike from a local partner bike shop, selected online stores, or from our Vapaus Precycled bike shop. Regardless of where you want to purchase the bicycle, the first step is to register in the Vapaus app. See instructions
You can save up to 30% on the retail price of the bike, with average savings ranging from 15-25%. Total savings depend on your salary and tax rate as well as the price of your Vapaus bike package (bicycle + equipment) and your bike benefit service package. The savings come form the tax benefit, meaning that they will realise in a lower tax rate (in case you update it) or in tax returns.
You can always end your contract early. We know that situations change and that nobody wants to find themselves stuck in a long commitment. If something comes up, you can get in touch with us and end your bike leasing contract directly from the Vapaus app. When ending the contract, you can choose to purchase or return the bicycle. Please also check your company's own benefit bike guideline for instructions on different scenarios.
Vapaus Precycled is our online store for pre-owned benefit bikes that have been returned and serviced. You can choose a Precycled bike as your benefit bicycle as you would any other bike. Learn more and browse Precycled bikes
You can get your Vapaus bike from any of our partner bike shops locally or online, or from the Precycled store. Find your nearest bike shop or browse bike brands
Create a Vapaus user account already before walking into a bike shop. This is a required first step that also helps you get your new bike as quickly as possible once you've found the right one.

After signing up, you can walk into a bike shop of your choosing. Mention that you are getting a Vapaus benefit bike – the staff will assist you with the purchase.
